To support GEP’s strategic efforts to secure one or more civil engineering client engagements in the UK, by lending subject-matter credibility, engineering insight, and local relationship access.

Key Activities:

  • Identify potential inroads to GEP’s 3 UK civil engineering targets
  • Support and attend up to 3 stakeholder meetings (June 5–14 in London)
  • Help frame GEP’s U.S. market entry value through a project-delivery lens
  • Co-position proposal terms that align with engineering sector norms

Commission Compensation:

This is not a salaried position. However, GEP has reserved a 10% success commission for any client engagement secured as a direct result of this collaboration.

This success fee will be calculated based on the total contract value of the initial engagement signed with any of the UK civil engineering firms introduced or materially advanced by the Advisor.

Typical engagement values currently range between $500,000 and $1,700,000 USD, with corresponding success fees between $50,000 and $170,000 USD. The final amount is subject to the actual contract value.

All payments will be made within 10 business days of the client signing and initial payment being received by GEP.
